The Destination for Skin Health: Rebranding London’s Leading Luxury Skin Health Clinic

With a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable team of skin experts, Pfeffer Sal combines science and nature with the aim of being the ultimate destination for improving skin health. For their website and social rebrand, Sequel photographed the beautifully serene clinic (which is nestled in a quiet mews just seconds from the hustle & bustle of central London), as well as their handpicked selection of skincare products for the online shop. We filmed a series of educational videos with their therapists for the clinic’s website & socials, plus a banner video that brings to life the unique Pfeffer Sal client journey.

Sequel planned and executed a three day photography and videography campaign for luxury Fitzrovia skin clinic. We conceptualised the creative element of the shoot day with three moodboards, each encompassing the values of the brand and building in the content pillars. With education as one of the pillars, we worked on a series of videos to be used across the clinic's website and social media, where the talented team of therapists had an opportunity to speak about their specific areas of expertise. The goal was to educate the clinic's audience on how to incorporate various skincare ingredients and healthy routines into their daily lives, and help to make their website a valuable source of information.

With a results-focused approach, each of their treatments are tailored to every client, starting with an in-depth consultation to begin their skin journey. The clinic invests in leading tech for their clients; Dermalux, for example, is the only medically certified LED machine and uses three different lights to instantly revitalise, boost and correct the skin all at the same time. Through videography, we created an engaging banner video for the website rebrand which showcased the process of the popular LED treatment.

A sanctuary away from the big smoke, we wanted the content to tell a story of the tranquility and calm the clients feel during a visit to the unique clinic. With a beautifully intimate setting, and enchanting entrance, we wanted the content to translate into emotion. To do this, we used a mixture of seamless, smooth videography and minimalistic photography - eluding to the calmness and clarity the clinic eludes.

With a beautiful range of Pfeffer Sal own-branded products, and hand picked skin care brands, we teamed the in-clinic lifestyle photography with a shoot at our studio in London. We were able to capture a variety of macro texture photography and clean, aesthetically pleasing shots of the product range. A perfect combination of content to curate a cohesive feed and engaging website imagery for their wellness rebrand.
